Easy to install and works well via the app. Disappointed that you can't read the device directly via wireless so can't integrate to home automation. You must have a working internet connection to the Tankmate server. An API is available but is an extra paid subscription

I contacted Tankmate to enquire if i could integrate their system to observe water levels on a off site location swimming pool. I received a return phone call within the same business day with a positive outcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating...thank you

The sensors are excellent, easy to install and work as advertised. They have enabled me to track some leaks, and just the knowledge that the water consumption is being tracked is sufficient to modify people's behaviour and use less water

Installation was very easy and with some rain soon after, it was very obvious that the device and App worked extremely well. This is a great addition to our tank that supplies water to stock and garden. Easy to install and the app is clear and has everything needed to know what’s going on. Connected to our wifi easily and we are currently monitoring from the other side of the world without a hiccup. This is a great product

We have 2 TankMate units working on remote tanks on our farm. The technology seems to be pretty good, the units are simple, robust, and for us work in places where the phone coverage is not great. I did need some initial support & assistance from TankMate to overcome some teething issues (mostly of my making), and they were very helpful & responsive to my issues

Phenomenal product! Much suggestions for feedback: 1. When you re open the app, it stalls and does not update. You need to close the app and reboot to get fresh readings. 2. We really need usage (and charts) by the hour. When you run entirely off-grid, it is really important to know what consumption everything has. Like washing machines, dishwashers, different zones of irrigation. Daily consumption is not accurate enough. I know you can set measurements to every hour, but unless you look at it 24 times a day, you lose the hourly log

Great product - I have had the R3 WiFi version 3 months now. Easy to install and works exactly as advertised. Seamlessly allows me to monitor tank levels at my rural property from my home in the city. Trevor was very helpful with prompt replies to questions by email. Highly recommend this tank monitor.

This product is excellent! I've installed 3 sensors at our property and can now see the water level in each tank. Sensors were delivered in days (from Australia) and the issue I had with one tank was resolved promptly. About to buy another two sensors so I can see the water in all the tanks. Highly recommend both for the product and the service

Excellent product and great communication/customer service. I purchased two wifi units to monitor to tanks I have at an investment property. We are planning to short term rent it and it's improtant for us to know how much water is being used and if the levels are getting low. It also shows you estimated daily usage and other cool data. It took a while to get the sensor settings right so as when the tanks were full they were reading 100%, but once done all good. I highly recommend

This product is excellent! I've installed 3 sensors at our property and can now see the water level in each tank. Sensors were delivered in days (from Australia) and the issue I had with one tank was resolved promptly. About to buy another two sensors so I can see the water in all the tanks. Highly recommend both for the product and the service

Excellent product and great communication/customer service. I purchased two wifi units to monitor to tanks I have at an investment property. We are planning to short term rent it and it's improtant for us to know how much water is being used and if the levels are getting low. It also shows you estimated daily usage and other cool data. It took a while to get the sensor settings right so as when the tanks were full they were reading 100%, but once done all good. I highly recommend

Easy to install and works well via the app. Disappointed that you can't read the device directly via wireless so can't integrate to home automation. You must have a working internet connection to the Tankmate server. An API is available but is an extra paid subscription

We have 2 TankMate units working on remote tanks on our farm. The technology seems to be pretty good, the units are simple, robust, and for us work in places where the phone coverage is not great. I did need some initial support & assistance from TankMate to overcome some teething issues (mostly of my making), and they were very helpful & responsive to my issues

Phenomenal product! Much suggestions for feedback: 1. When you re open the app, it stalls and does not update. You need to close the app and reboot to get fresh readings. 2.
